Ⅰ. Documents required for admission application(in triplicate)

Documents required for Chinese language courses(non-degree program)

1. Application Form for International Students of Yulin Normal University;

2. Passport copy or scan copy;

3. Electronic photo as passport size;

4. Copy of Physical Examination for Foreigners Form. The Form is invalid if items are missing, photo not affixed or stamped, and the signature and seal of the doctor or hospital not affixed.

5. Notarized financial statement: evidence of financial support;

 

Full-time undergraduate programs (for Degree Students)

1.Application Form for International Students of Yulin Normal University;

2. Passport copy or scan copy;

3. A photocopy of high school diploma or college diploma and a notarized translation (if the applicant is a student, he/she should provide a temporary graduation certificate or certificate of study issued by the school he/she is studying in which the applicant must indicate that he/she is qualified and can obtain the graduation certificate on time);

4 High school or college course transcripts and notarized copies of translation;

5. Electronic photo as passport size;

6. HSK4 certificate (if any, please provide it. If not,you will study Chinese in the first year, and then enter the major study after passing the HSK4 test.);

7.Copy of Physical Examination for Foreigners Form valid within 6 months before September 30, 2022. The Form is invalid if items are missing, photo not affixed or stamped, and the signature and seal of the doctor or hospital not affixed;

8. Study Plan in China (Applicant's signature is required). The contents should include the reasons for applying to study in China, personal study or work performance, personal specialties, etc. (in Chinese or English).

9. Notarized financial statement: evidence of financial support;

 

Reminder:

1. Applicants already studying or working in China should also submit the following materials:

(1) A copy of the visa page of the passport or the residence permit (including the page of valid period of residence permit );

(2) Candidates currently studying in China should provide the transfer consent letter, transcripts and recommendation letter from the department of overseas education;

(3) Applicants currently working in China should provide the official letter of termination of contract by the employer;

(4) Applicants in China who enjoy Chinese government scholarships and apply to study at their own expense upon the expiration of the scholarship period should also provide a letter of approval from the Embassy of their country in China;

(5) Children or family members of diplomatic personnel shall submit a letter of commitment to voluntarily renounce diplomatic immunity during study.

2. The fax of application materials is invalid, and the materials will not be returned.
